Onboarding a new client in an afternoon, compliantly
Onboarding meant a slow paper chase, and every admin hour was an hour not advising. We gave a one-person shop the systems of a much bigger firm.

Bringing on a client meant a slow paper chase of forms, disclosures, and data entry, and quarterly reporting was a manual assembly job. Every hour on admin was an hour not spent advising or growing the book, and compliance left no room for sloppy.
We mapped the onboarding and reporting flow, then built an assistant that collects client information through a clean intake, pre-fills the paperwork, and assembles the quarterly report from the data, with the advisor approving every step so the compliance line stays human. We wrapped it in a tidy client-facing portal.
A six-week build with the advisor, scoped tightly to the two workflows that ate the most time.
Onboarding dropped from days of back-and-forth to a single afternoon. Reporting became a review, not a build. The advisor took on more clients without losing nights and weekends. The systems of a much bigger firm, run by one person who finally has their time back.
