One source of truth instead of six spreadsheets
Inventory lived in a shared spreadsheet six people edited at once. We built the founder the system their business had outgrown the spreadsheet for.

Inventory lived in a shared spreadsheet that six people edited at once. Counts drifted, the shop oversold online during a busy month, and the founder could not trust any number on the sheet. The off-the-shelf systems were either too basic or quoted at a price and a contract the business could not stomach.
We started from a blank page. We studied how stock actually moved across the two stores and the website, then built a single inventory and order system shaped to that exact flow, with the website wired to the same source of truth so it can no longer sell what is not there. Not a generic app. Their operation, made into software.
A nine-week build with the founder in the room weekly, replacing the spreadsheet one workflow at a time so the team never lost their footing.
Overselling stopped. The founder got numbers they trust and an hour back every morning. The business gained a capability it simply did not have before: room to add a third location without the wheels coming off.
